The Math Behind Georgia’s Housing
Frank Norton Jr has been following Georgia’s housing market for nearly his entire life. For the past 31 years he has presented his analysis connecting housing, growth and business trends to groups across the state. He will outline the critical issues affecting housing across Georgia. We have a shortage of new housing in key areas. The fastest growing cities are probably not where you think. We will learn how to connect employment growth, housing trends and the obstacles satisfying the demand.
He will also share his plan of attack on expectations toward housing (personal and for communities) and construction options.
